This is what my booking process looks like:

  1. Client reaches out with enquiry.

  2. We check availability and pencil in the date.

  3. I share my quote for approval. 

  4. Client provides a billing name and address for invoice.

  5. DJ invoice includes payment terms, bank details and deposit request.

  6. Client pays deposit via bank transfer.

  7. DJ emails a written confirmation — date is now 100% secure.

  8. DJ sends music request form to client.

  9. We set up a call to plan your music for the big day!
